Blessed Items disappear?

So, the other day, I was doing a champion spawn in Deceit ( super fun btw ) and of course, I died at Niera. I didn't get to Rez right away, and when I did I was upset and confused to find that my blessed sandals completely vanished. I know it's not too big a deal, but I am new and don't have a ton of gold and to have a blessed item just disappear seems odd. I thought that the whole point of blessed items is not needing to worry about losing them. Am I wrong???

You are right with your concerns. Blessed clothing never degrades. So either you misplaced them and the are under your runebook or something in you bag. You may have had them placed in a container in you bag and that container fell when u died. Or you bugged out

the sandals would have needed to be inside of a bag, that was inside of another bag (not including the main backpack) to have been lost apon death

Piggybacking on this topic: I also just realized that my starter-instrument apparently broke while macroing musicianship, i thought all starter items were blessed and i could not lose my lute? ;( Bug or Feature? ^^

Instruments still havea set amount of uses. Weapons and armor also have Hps that will degrade until they break. Unless the item is actually BLESSED
