Black "Unused" Squares

I keep seeing these black "unused" tiles in my game, I've seen them at at some extremely large houses, that are bigger than a standard 18x18 plot, and equally or larger than a castle. I saw them at what should have been a statue for the Talisman quest, but it was a white square with more black "unused" tiles. Now, I'm seeing them on the boat I just purchased to macro fishing (screen attached). Any idea why I'm seeing this, and is there a fix?

Apologies in advance if this has been answered somewhere, I've done a few searches and found nothing. My terminology in these searches is probably wrong.

Even if your files have been updated through the launcher, if your client (say, Razor) isn't pointing to the same directory as your freshly updated files you won't be able to see the new graphics.

Always take it off auto detect and locate your directory manually.
