Shane: thanks for the link but could you give me an approximate skill level that one needs to create the bent fishing pole please?
I know one needs tailoring and carpentry skill

If you can make a fishing pole (68.4 Carp / 40 Tailoring) and you are in the Britain Crafting Area, you have a percentage chance to make them.
