+b in IRC...banned?

Hi,
I am receiving a +b error in IRC which means I've been banned. I wasn't aware that I ever broke any rules. My nick is Amrah. Can someone please inform me if this is a technical error or a legitimate ban?

you are not banned from the server, just the UOF channel FYI.

It ended up resolving itself. I found out this can sometimes be due to an overwhelming number of users from your ISP although I don't know if that was the case.
