Auto target enemy monsters

Hello, I found in this shard that, if a monster attack you but you don't double click on him on war mode, your character will receive damage but you will not hit the monster.

¿why is that? ¿Can I do something to fix it and auto hit if a monster attacks me?

You can loop a macro that automatically attacks the nearest mob if it is within a given range.
