This is a very good idea.
I would like to see the selling or buying forums divided into a few more sub sections.

Real estate
Power scrolls
Skill scrolls
Resources
*Player Run/Offered Services (don't forget these guys, very cool unique things and they deserve a more stable marketing platform than bumping in general buy/sell)
I don't think we are in any danger of having too many sub sections in regard to buy/sell. This is how people prefer to shop online.
