man I hope you do find that buyer for this sir, I just couldnt dare to spend a dime on it with that same exact tile being only 500gp in the customization mode

applys strongly to a buyer with a custom house, I'm sure I would pay that price If I had a great design or idea in mind! much less you can use this tile to add on to a already dono item to maximize your vision
