Armored robe durability??

I can't seem to get the answer to this anywhere - thus this post.

I have a robe where I applied an armor patch (vet reward I believe). Does it have durability? Can it break? ie: do I need to repair it once in a while just like any other piece of armor?

I can't armslore it, it says it's neither armor or weapon.

Anyone know? help...

I've heard clothing has a durability because several people have had noobie clothing break.

It seems to have durability, but I don't know how to detect it.

You could repair it with a tailoring repair deed, but I don't know how to know if it's near breaking.

Can you apply "powder of fortification" (or whatever its called) to a piece of clothing?

You do not need to repair the robe... it does not have a durability you have to consider. Also, I'm pretty sure the valorite and verite elemental attacks that break armor can not break your robe.

I never heard clothing will break... Only newbie leather armor that comes with new account will break.

It was stated during one of the invasions that it was HIGHLY recommended against going after them (the elementals) with the blessed valorite runics...I also had a blessed halfy destroyed by them, so I personally wouldn't do it...but to each their own :p

There isn't a durability but some mobs have the ability to insta break stuff

I've had those valorite and verite elementals break armor/weapons on multiple occasions... never a piece of clothing. I still doubt it, but I could be wrong.

Perhaps test it with vendor bought clothes and no armor/weapons? Only way I can think of to see if it breaks :p
