Armor Patches: Head + Robe where do i get them ingame?

Hi, i wonder where i can get the armor patches ingame and if they are available for a currency maybe (price would be interesting then, too)?

I believe there's a cloak armor patch as a 1year vet award. They seem to be priced on player vendors for around 15-25k
I heard the other armor patches are from factions. Maybe someone else would be able to go more indepth

Robe (Outer Chest) patch is a Veteran reward. Cloak patch is from a handout a while back - there's like a few hundred thousand of these floating around). Head patch is from faction rewards.

Both the Robe & head patches go for 250k+ and the Cloak patch is around 20k if that.
