Are certain Smithing Tools Better?

I know that OFFICIALLY no smithing tool is supposed to do better than the others.
However I have found that the Sledge Hammer gives me the best results. Anyone else have opinions on which tools are better or worse?

I have crafted here for years. No difference between the differ tools unless you are counting Runic Smithy Hammers and Ancient Smithy Hammers.
