Hey man that scroll is probably worth about 2-3K at the most. Alas most combat scrolls like these don't sell for very much since it is so easy to raise these skills. Macing, Swords, Fencing and Tactics sell between 500 gp and 1k. Archery a little more because it uses arrows and just doesn't seem to raise quite as fast. Most people usually wait until they get bulk of these scrolls and sell in large quantities due to the low value.
