Archery Fishing Template

So I am new to the server and looking to build a archery fisher template. I have the following skills and numbers so far:

Anatomy 100
Archery 85.2
Fishing 100
Healing 56.2
Hiding 89.2
Magery 57.3
Resisting Spells 60.3
Tactics 100

So I have 8 skills....where do I cut back and change?

I would like to be able to go out and fish and handle most things. I know I am going to need a crew or join a crew if I want to take on the harder stuff.
