probably some koreans who only log in to refresh houses. I'm dealing with the same situation by my crib!

well i know the owners of the houses i'm waiting for are koreans who used to play but don't now. They just pop in once a month to refresh their houses. I made an assumption because there was a larger population of koreans in the past but i think that guild left. Hope no one took offense.

Dear god yes, there used to be a huge guild of koreans on the server, pretty good pvpers, i didn't know any of them even bothered to log on anymore
