So there was an IDOC few time ago and i got a death shroud only unfortunately ( so unlucky -_- ), is there any usage for this? I can't even put it on.

it's probably a faction item, that's why you cannot put it on.
and no, it's worthless unless you're in the same faction.
actually, it's worthless no matter ewhat since you can get a new one from the sign up guy I think
