Ancient MIB/SOS confusion

Hi, I am getting mixed info on this, hoping y'all can set me straight.....

UOF Wiki says..... When you look inside the bottle, you will find either a Waterstained SOS or, less commonly, an Ancient SOS.

Now, I know that I can pull up an Ancient MIB (bottle) and have been told that thats the ONLY way to get one.

So, which is the correct answer?
Should I be opening every bottle to see if i get an ancient that way as well?

Some of the wiki info is outdated, Parsnip has done an awesome job updating but there's a dang lot of info in there. 100% sure you'll only get ancients in the ancient bottles. Open a few hundred and see for yourself.
