An Antediluvian SOS -What do with is?

So I got one of these antediluvian SOSes as a conquest reward. I want to fish this sucker up, but when I click on it nothing happens. No cooridinates appear, nada.

So WTF am I supposed to do with it???

It's just a deco.. I tried to fish it as well, called a GM out etc.. lol
