Allow skill scroll use over .1

i have X amount of skill scrolls, i am working a skill and i go over my mark by even .1, why can i not use the last skill scroll for the rest of a skill.

example: i just hit 119.1 lumberjacking, i now cant use a skill scroll to hit 120.

Just buy one point in something else from an npc after you put "lumberjacking" down. Then, boom you can use your ss. It works I've done it myself. [emoji4]

but to add...it is kind of gay that it works like that....

happened a few years ago when i made my smith..but im not as smart as sommerella

i marked it down...marked hiding up...boom! lost like .3 lol. had to go work it up a few to get it back to 99.0
