I know it says b/o 600k, but it also says will run 24hr after last bid
doesn't say or until b/o is met.
To me that means if there are running bidders it can go higher than 600k
Well that's how it works if we were in a real auction

So if that's the case

You're wrong. B/O always ends the auction. A B/O isn't a bid, it's the price that if met, ends the auction.
