Accounts per IP address

I have a question. I know there is 3 accounts per IP address allowed. What I don't understand is if I have a laptop and my son has a desktop. Do the computer have separate IP address? If so would I be able to have 3 accounts and my son would be able to have 3 accounts?

No, your IP address covers your entire household. Unless you have like two separate internet providers in the same house maybe... But every computer in the house runs on the same IP.

Ahh ok that makes sense how do you unlock extra slots and how do I contact Shane in order to clear up a mistake?

I think one of the vendors around Brit bank sell an extra character slot deed(gold sink maybe?). Not sure on price. Just shoot him a pm on here, and he'll get back to you when he can . I had a similar issue recently and he helped me out with it
