How can I find information for previously created accounts? I've PMed Shane and Adam with no response.

One thing you can do is login, go to "Help" and submit a page to a GM asking them to look up accounts associated with your IP address. Mention you'll be AFK and stay logged in, then go to bed. When you wake up there is probably going to be some sort of response-- hopefully from Adam/Shane if they were able to find anything.
