account missing

well so ive just joined after a break but for some reason then it seem like one of my accounts have been deleted??? when i log in it telsl me that i need to make new chars.... so im missing my account with me tamer PK and cant remember what last char was....

hoping this is the right place to post if not plz redirect me to right place

depending on when you played, i believe there was a wipe after like 90 days or something of the servers original birth. though im not sure on the exact time. you can talk to eppy on discord, he may be able to help.

its all been solved...thx tho
