Account credentials invalid?

My wife is trying to create an account but shes getting a message saying her username and password is invalid or credentials are incorrect. Is it possible for a gm to fix this for her?

Have you tried making one with a different user name and password?

If it's her first time creating the account with those credentials, it most likely means someone else already has that username. You can try another one, or adding a number at the end, and it should work.
