Dear new settler of UOF,
I would like to remind you that most of the social activity of this server actually happens in discord. You may be like me, coming back to the game after decades, away from up-to-date gaming culture and asking "what the heck is discord?". It is just a practical communication program which works like a forum, allows voice chats, polls, that kind of stuff.
When I first started I was baffled because in-game was active but forums had maybe like 10 messages a day. When I joined my guild, Sir. forwarded me to using discord and tada! Multiple channels, messages flowing by seconds, busy trades an ofcourse usual trolling. But overall it is a buzzing beehive of activity related to the game. I can hardly follow my own guild's channels.
