I believe it's used for a recipe involving the soul forge. So buyers are limited, even tho it's sorta hard to get it useless anywhere else. If you wanna sell I'd give u 10k?

they are used in the silver or gold armor deco. soulforge needed to craft the standing armor. need 10 for the recipe. they drop off cultist in khaldun and sell on average for 35-45k per
