- Fixed Cellar access permissions. They now function as intended.
- Fixed Crystal Portal accessibility.
- Fixed NPC Escort quests. They will now accurately recognize their region upon arrival for completion.
- Fixed Ring Of Forgiveness. It will now teleport players' pets with them when they use their 12-hr cooldown "I seek forgiveness" teleport mechanic. Range is in line to mimic that of recalling with the pet.
