A crowd of fairies and shadow wisps...

Was outside of Wrong last night and there were tons of blue fairies and shadow wisps. Tons of them...

No, LSD was not involved.. and they did not appear to be wearing boots....

Is this some special spawn or something?

A group must have gone near the champ skull and activated it. I've never done that champ, but those spawn when he's activated.
