Selling this house, it's been good being there.. I just need something bigger.

No houses on same screen, next to water. only spawn is south 2 screens, Ettins and ogres, with a chance of paragon's.
Never had any problems with red's in this spot. closest neighbors are nice met them a few times.

Wanting to sell this for 90k. OBO -- just basically to get my money back out of it. Great spot for a starter home, Vesper is south about 30-35 seconds away. which will bring you to the bridge near the bank.

As a custom plot you can just demolish this yourself and get the placement cost out of it, not sure what that is off the top of my head but I have to imagine it's more than 80k.
