8.8.2.0 - OpenUO support, pet follow changes, and setting minimum of 1 of each resource required for crafting

Added server support for OpenUO client which will eventually replace the forever client.

- Please do testing on the forever client to make sure nothing has changed with all enhanced features. Let us know if anything weird is happening.

Crafting items will require a minimum of 1 of each resource regardless of your chance to save resources using BCA and other methods to save resources.

Once given the follow command a pet will listen to it for a minimum of 1 second before return attacking someone.

UOForever Only:

Moongate Criminal Change:
Previously anyone who was marked as a criminal or had recently committed a criminal act could enter any moongate. This has been a problem since players have been multi-boxing using their other accounts to gate their account who committed criminal acts out.

The Change:

Going forward anyone who is a criminal or has committed criminal acts will not be able to enter moongates until their temporary criminal status has worn off. This change is aimed towards stopping people from using multiple accounts to gate their criminal character out after they've stolen, killed a fellow blue player or any other criminal acts.
