50 music + talisman question

I had a question about the limit talismans have when it comes to bardic skills.

I read the wiki, and it says that music cannot be greater than 50, does this mean music CAN be a maximum of 50? And is this limit impossed only on music, or on all bardic skills (provo, discord, peacemaking)?

Scenario:

I have 50 music, 120 provo; can I also at the same time have a talisman?

At 50 music, even u have 120 Provo and you will still fail more than half the time. I believe GM music takes a very fundamental and important part of the calculation of the success rate of Provo.

Others can correct me if I'm wrong.

At 100 provo and 50 music it seems to work often enough. But I was wondering if 50 music is okay for a tali.

I believe u can equip tali with 49 or 50 music. Should be fine.
