3rd account?

Not sure where to ask this but me, my son and daughter all play UO forever. My kids play at there Mom's house with another IP most of the time. So I didn't think we would have a problem but when there with me on the weekends were all on the same IP. It appears my sons account got deleted, thought because he logged on here at my house over the weekend. Who do I talk with to request 3 accounts so we can all play?

from what I've read, get a hold of shane directly and work something out with him, I hear best way to get it done fastest is getting on IRC and contactin him directly on there
