There is no blockage from neighboring plots and there is even a wandering healer on your doorstep! Some light animal spawn wanders around but nothing more malicious that the occasional mongbat.

A little background on the plot for those who may be interested: Following the great purge on the 1st of June,
@Diabolicbutterfly began searching the lands for one of the three houses that were deleted. She found the plot, which was only a max storage before, but didn't have any funds to place a house. I volunteered to place a house for her and give her the plot. I then purchased a neighboring small plot that was placed shortly after I had dropped a small plot and was planning to give Diabolicbuttefly a nice 18x18 for her efforts. It was only when I went on Test Center to measure up the placement that I noticed there was enough space for this lovely 24x24! Diabolicbutterfly will be awarded 60% of the profits from this sale.
