Hey all, I figured to be fair so all could see the offers I figured I would post a thread and keep things open..

THIS IS NOT A CLASSIC BID!! this is for fielding offers, i will leave this up so long as the offers keep coming in or till I recieve an offer I can't refuse.. If an Offer is made that I am happy, Really Happy with I will first pm that person (so leave discord info) then make a post giving 24hrs for the offer to be beaten or a sale will be made to said person.. If however nothing comes in i am happy with within 48hrs of this post I will make the appropriate post and close this thread and move in ;)

wow, took 3 bids to hit the base price of a 24x24? Gotta say folks, these bids are looking pretty sad.. might just have to move in and keep it for myself..i worked my tail off for this, its not going for bottom price... i will give it more time though as promised

Okay Folks, nothing coming in even close to what i thought it would bring.. so by good advice im just going to name a minimum and see if there is still interest.. the minimum is 25m.. the next 24hrs will be to see if there is still interest if nothing im removing from market and moving in.. sorry for any confusion
