20x20 custom house for 2 mill + storage benefits?

I've heard other similar suggestions, I just thought that if we added 20x20 to go along with 30x30

so

18x18 costs 279k with 2437 storage
20x20 costs 2 million with 3500 storage + bonus lockdowns/vendors
30x30 costs 10 million with 5000 storage + bonus lockdowns/vendors

so storage bonus, plus bonus lockdowns ofc, im not sure tbh if there's a bonus to vendor count @Salsa may know the answer to that ^^

I think there's room for this, also at least some people might do it just because they can, and then their house may someday idoc thus sinking a little extra gold.

Just seems like this might bring a little extra happiness to a few players, maybe some mall owners who also want a few extra vendor spots etc and house decorators
