WTS 2 houses by daemon spawn - 10x10 & small marble

I have:
a 10x10 two story customizable a screen away from the daemon spawn
as well as
a small marble workshop on the other side of the spawn.

I doubt anything larger could be put where the marble workshop is; the house that fell where the 10x10 is was bigger so Im sure its possible but I didn't spend much time on it just wanted to place it quickly. Welcome to check it out and count spaces or whatever.

Well the small marble went for 225k in dono coins; the location for killing daemons is unreal
I placed it for 160k, so just some profit would be nice. So any offers above that would be great.
I had a 200k offer yesterday but haven't heard a peep since
