Lost your quite the Real Estate Salesman. Why does this spot command such a price? Pardon my ignorance, but an 18x18 just sold for 850k a day ago on this forum.. I'm looking for a home for myself, and am ignorant to the workings of the markets prices..

also that 18x18 should have gotten more, but I guess since he put an ending time on his bidding it didnt force it to go higher.. that person could resell that 850k into atleast 1mil.

if u look 3 months back 1.2 was cheap for a 18*18 and when ABC idoc group was at its peak we sold most at 1.5- 1.8 quicksales if u picking up and 18*18 for 1 mil u got a steal

This guys expectation of his home prices is a bit off. If you look he currently has three homes for sale, one would ask, how does someone have three empty plots and no house. 3 accounts, three houses for sale? Do you live out of your bank? The community has established somewhat standard housing prices, your prices of 15x16 you expect 18x18 price for. The spots you have for sale are not really in the best of locations either.

Sorry you have four houses for sale, all empty plots, seems like you're above and beyond the amount of accounts you're allowed to have.
