Ice island isn't a popular place to be honest. I recommend to upload a picture to boost your sales.
If you say, has room to expand for a larger plot, then do make it a larger spot yourself. People won't take your word for it.
Anyway, not trying to derail this post, just some friendly pointers to help you out.

Having trouble attaching a photo as it justs asks for a URL etc. Maybe I am doing it wrong ill try a little harder when off work.
I only say it can h\ expand to a larger size because the house that was on it was larger (I was there when it collapsed) but I am terrible at placing these things. And would be my luck to get killed right then haha.
I just returned after about 10 years, so thought Ice was a good spot (have the honesty shrine extremely close, next to a mountain, taming etc).
I am just hoping to make some $$ off of it as im broke and spent my last 200k on placing it! And I have no idea what its value is.
Anyways ill attempt to upload a pic.
As always bids/info welcome.

Is this still for sale? I own the house to the south and would love this house for my brother please let me know I have sent you countless PM about it and you don't respond. I know you are still playing because the house refreshed and isn't greatly worn anymore...
