Great medium customized plot for someone who doesn't want to be crowded in with neighbours. Very rare to see other players in the area, and a Lumberjacks dream home... you can log in and have thousands of logs chopped in no time just in the area around the house. Bonus Valorite and Verite ore spawns steps from the porch too !
The blue healer beside the house has been there for the 1.5yrs that I've owned this place...very handy for gated rescues back to your home in times of trouble. No spawn in area, and nearest neighbour is 1.5 screens away.
