After reading a bit on formums, I have one question

The difference in quality, not so sure about. Not sure if it scales by skill or if there are certain benchmarks you have to hit to see a jump in quality.
I will say for sure that 120 gives you a 5hr timer instead of a 6hr timer.
Furthermore, 115 PS sells for 350k or so, 120 PS sells for 50k or so (I have a couple for that price if you'd like to buy one) so you may as well go all the way for the timer alone.

Holy crap 50k for 120 and 350k for 115. Must be pretty rare
