sometimes if you link the thread it will come up that way. just get him to log on directly to www.uoforum.com and check for the post manually. should solve the problem

He probably needs to activate his forum account. Had the same problem using Hotmail, the activation mail would never arrive. Fixed it by using gmail.

Well he finally was able to post, but he said it keeps telling him it needs to be "reviewed by a mod". I can't remember if it did that for me too first time I posted. Maybe it's some type of anti spamming thing.
