Placed the dull stone that requires vanq weapons in my bank box, now when I try to take it out it says, "You can not pick that up". If I try to use while in the bank box it says, "Only the owner of this item may use it". Anyone know what is going on?

Is there a NPC that can train up mining? Been looking around, even going to Ocllo where one website said there was a mining guild, but coming up with nothing. Found a lumberjack, so there must be a miner somewhere right?
