Ty both, so many custom things in this server, at first vet was affected by dex, then was fixed at 2 sec (in OSI), since i was taking a lot more than 2 secs to heal my pets i though maybe was affected by dex, but i didnt want to change my dex to try it lol... Thanks a lot.

Whats the delay formula of Veterinary? Is dexterity involved?. THX.
