Though I think the 80% chance should only be for casted poison.. not for dp dexers poison. Curing poison from a dexer should not be harder.
How about you can only give 1 mercy or 1 forgiveness per account to a character. This would prevent people from farming/exploiting it... as much.
And if the red does not show mercy they lose ALL of their acquired mercy and cannot gain mercy for 15 days (this MUST be a significant amount of time...
Maaaaybe this could possibly work if the pk would lose ALL of their acquired mercy and be unable to gain mercy for X amount of time if they killed someone and did not show mercy.. but otherwise no it will without a doubt just be exploited.
I think this system while it sounds nice on paper.. would just be exploited by people if it was ever implemented.
PKs would just kill their buddies and get free mercy lessening their murder count duration. And they would be nice to people with shitty loot.

Like I said earlier in this thread put in stamina loss to solve the running forever issue and then nerf explo pot damage a little or increase the reuse timer. This makes other templates more viable and prevents alchy from being overpowered with stamina loss.
AT THE VERY LEAST ADD STAMINA LOSS...
FYI this is UOForever not Ultima Online at launch. Statloss was permanent. Reds back then are not the same as they are today. VOIP has brought ganking to a whole different level. I have some respect for solo pks, but those don't exist anymore..
