Hey, when I'm searching for guides outside of this website, what version of UO should I be looking for? I read something on this site about it being based loosely on Rennaisance but I have no idea what's out there, really, but I know there are a lot of features that some shards implement and...

So what's up with IDOCs ? I saw the server IDOC event yesterday, I went thru the wrong portal and our house had nothing lol. Does the server always announce IDOC or is it just something to go house to house looking for IDOCs. And also how do you prevent your own house going IDOC?

I know very little about all 4 of these things, and I would like to know if there's a centralized body of knowledge where I can learn all there is to know? Especially housing, I've never played UO successfully enough to even care about housing, but I'm getting the hang of it this time around...

Is there a way to see your journal / log, back before the scroll in your paperdoll will allow? I notice it does not keep much history in there. Just wondering thanks! Also, I have a few questions so I will post a few threads now, sorry about the spam, but I'm a curious d00d.
