I'm all for a shiny new rare or something, but MOTM should be its own thing. It shouldn't have to be something that further marginalizes another character class.

There is a whole discussion a few threads down about fixing the BOD cloth market that is currently in the sh*tter, and people want special hued cloth on MOTM? I think this should stick with statues/chests/some other kind of rares. I won't complain about the .1 scrolls being useless either...

I can see where you are coming from, but I compared those and not valorite because valorite ingots are quite a bit more expensive than barbed leather. I guess you could use a copper set or whatever color is more equivalent cost-wise if you like. Not sure what those numbers are. Of course, at...

Yeah, traditional dex suits are 33AR/-3 Dex, which is a little weak if you consider that barbed studded is 34AR/-0dex. Even plane barbed leather set is 31AR/0dex. And of course you can always add barbed bone pieces to increase those AR numbers even more. For PvM, full plate really isn't that...

Yeah, Dragonscale is equal to iron plate's 48 AR with no dex loss, which is very nice, but even at 120 smithing it takes 200+ scales to make a set. Not even sure what price you'd have to sell it at to make it worthwhile. It's kinda the same reason I'm hesitant to put my val/barbed mixed suits...
