I found the location for runebooks! thanks guys!!! all i can find are empty runebooks selling from those vendors..are those blessed?

Thanks for the help Malkraven, I guess in order for me to go anywhere now is to have runebooks setup with marcos, i have magery at 55..i guess i'll be able to recall safely if i get chased by PKs. Where can i find player shops? in cities or player houses? Thanks!
