What if you still have to go back to the bank to use it, and there could be a gate to the market by Brit Bank so people will continue to pass through. Maybe put a small tax on black market vendors but not on a housed vendor.

I think it would be kool to have a underground black market room were players can set up a vendor... if they wish to. I think it would really help open up some space for new houses and make it easier for the player to find what they need from other players.

I once played on a shard where you can twerk the weapons and armor.. Like my bow had a 15% chance of shooting lighting. It's ok if yall are not down with that. It was just a suggestion.
