how much for 1.0 fishing scrolls?

I would assume the strongest caster in the game is the umm balron in khaldun, but they dont seem to drop vanqs. Ive gotten 100s of powers but thats about it. Guess ill keep trying really didnt wanna take fishing :(

Hello, I am trying to setup my macro text file into my UO directoey. I replaced the file quite a few times now but it doesnt seem to be working. I even tried making a few macros in game such as alt + W (vendor buy bank guards) and it doesnt work. Anyone have this problem bfore?
