Do Liches, Liche Lords, and Ancient Liches really drop these items. I have, no joke, killed thousands of all aforementioned mobs (ok not thousands of ancients but hundreds) I have never seen even a black dye tub drop. I know it's a rare, but damn. I got this info from a rather old forum post...

Aye I found the vendor. I can't shop it from the ground and the tele's up are not public. You have to be on the roof to access that vendor. I may get a rune and come back. I was on my archer. His magery abilities amount to recall scrolls :)
