People have killed my thief who I have not been involved with while in town...afaik the only way to do this is through forensics so I just assumed this was the case. I'll test it tomorrow if nobody else gets around to it or can confirm it before then.
I like forensics....if they've stolen from ANYONE since the last time they died they will appear grey to you, this lets you be proactive instead of reactive.

Yeah, and since vendors have been set to offer jack for player crafted stuff this is actually the only think you should be doing with them. Once you get to oil cloths they turn into bandaids when cut since they only take 1 cloth to begin with.

If he is constantly chugging TF he should be out damaging you, but I don't completely understand using Stam with these relics. Stam drain is already such a PITA for melee dexxers here this mechanic really makes these less valuable, imo. Outside of double strike for a jousting warhammer/LJ/archer...
