Certain objects such as cannons on ships just appaers as black blobs with the words 'unused' on them. I downloaded UOF about two years ago and have never changed anything. Do I need to update somehow? If so will just downloaded the new client from this website work? Thanks.

If I do small BODS only for exceptional quality and focus on barbed, horned or spined leather that I stand a better chance of getting a rare cloth as a reward?

I'm at 98.8 real taming, I have gm provo too. How can I actually tame a decent monster without it killing me? I only have 50 peace at the moment. Is there a way to do it without peace? Also any recommendations for a first pet? Thanks.

I remember back in '98 on Europa each day would have one hour in which skill gain chance would increase. Does this happen here? Yesterday I noticed for around one hour while taming I got 1.7 real skill gain at 97.1 which is awesome.

I'm in a dungeon, Taming Lava Lizards on after another. I use peacmaking. I am always stuffed and drink. Yet I just gained 0.5 in one hour. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

I'm at 91 real for taming. I have 9 animal taming skill scrolls. I intend to get to 120 taming. Should I use my scrolls up now to become GM or keep training 'naturally'?

The thing is I've tried those hellcats in the fire dungeon but they are surrounded by crap - eg fire elementals, fire hounds? So by the time I can start taming one I could have tamed about 7 scorps..

For example if I am training Animal Taming, is there a random chance out of ten I will gain OR is it based on the sheer number of times I attempt. So if I attempt to tame xxxx times I'm garenteed to go up 0.1?
